It's an obvious move and Rowan grins as he shakes his head.

"She's at the other party," he explains. "I just said I had a stop to make before hand, just to see you before I headed over. I don't plan to stay long."

His grin widens. "She doesn't match. I tried, but she didn't get it and preferred something simpler."
