Admittedly, Jules is a little distracted when she first sits down on the couch. With Sabrina perched in her lap and smiling like that, it's difficult to think about much of anything else. She wants to hear this, though — wants to know everything, like she'd echoed Sabrina saying back when they first kissed at Pride. That applies even more so to this part of Sabrina's life, not because it matters more but because it's leagues away from anything Jules has ever experienced or could imagine, and she wants to understand it all.
Then again, the way Sabrina tells her about this now, it might not be all that different after all.
"I mean, yeah," she says, an emphatic sort of agreement, her hands settling on Sabrina's waist as she looks up at the gorgeous, rebellious witch with whom she's found herself utterly enamored. "Signing yourself over to a man for more power? Sounds like some patriarchal bullshit, if you ask me."
